An Overview – Yoga Teacher Training Program

This is a multi-style yoga teacher training program based on Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga with props to transform the life of students by practical experiences. We include other traditional yoga practices with props to emphasize the beneficiary aspects of yoga on body and mind. We train you about meditation, chanting and basic rituals of cleansing to purify your soul. The prime aim objective is to prepare future teachers both physically and spiritually.
