Intensive yoga program
We provide an all-inclusive Ashtanga Vinyasa course for Beginners and Level 1 Practitioners for 28 days in Rishikesh location. Under 200 hours, Four weeks course, you will be installed with 32 Yogic Asanas of Vinyasa and Ashtanga Primary Series, Each day 3 Asana Classes – Morning Asana, Flow, Pranayama -Vinyasa flow, Completion. Afternoon – alignment and evening – Ashtanga Yoga Series. We have developed a well-structured course to help students carrying a bright future in yoga. Students can get single Private Room with attached Bath, Hot & Cold Shower, Wi-Fi, Washing machine to clean your laundry and Iron board to Ironing your cloth. We also have a laundry service on a pay per clothing.
Completely Vegetarian Food
We serve food for all students three times a day – Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. In the morning, we serve herbal tea instead of milk tea. Breakfast includes Fruits, Porridge, poha, Chila or sort of noodles. In Lunch and dinner, we serve rice, Chapati, Lentils, Vegetables. On any special occasion, we serve you Paneer mixed vegetables, which is Dairy so you can avoid it. From Monday to Saturday, you can have your meals on regular basis. On Sunday, you are full-free to have food from outside; we do not serve on Sunday during the program.
Certification of Course
At the end of the course, the organization will provide your valid certification, confirming your eligibility to open own yoga ashram or train other students, looking for trusted and verified trainer for yoga classes. We are thoroughly registered to Yoga Alliance, which is the trusted organization which supports yoga schools and non-profitable organization for training of yoga students.

How to Register for Course?

Book your slot by paying only 25% of the charge. The registration charge is non-refundable. You can pay the 75% afterwards. On your arrival to our yoga school, you can make the final payment and join the class. We accept almost all type of credit, debit or online transactions. School reserve rights the refuse your admission if you are unable to pay the balance fee upon arrival.
Advance deposit is Non-refundable but transferable within a Year from the date of enrollment. (Condition applied*) The condition of transfer to another course is – You can be transferred to any other months course if there is availability. A minimum of 4 Weeks advance notice is required/needed for getting you transferred to the next available month. If we receive any cancellation within 4 weeks, due to any reason. It will not be accepted and advance deposit will be forfeited.
How to Reach Us?
We suggest you to reach us through convenient option. Four different mediums of communications are there.
International and Domestic Airport – The IGT-3 terminal in New Delhi is the nearest international airport and Jolly Grant, Dehradun is the closest domestic airport. From IGT you can book cab and it will take 7 hours to reach here. Whereas, from Dehradun airport you have to travel for one hour only.
Hire a taxi or book cab – From New Delhi, you can book cab or hire your own taxi. We provide additional airport pick-up facility for international and domestic students for $90 (one way) from New IGT-3 terminal and $30 from domestic airport.
By Train – You can take a Train from New Delhi to Haridwar Station then Taxi or Tuk Tuk to reach us. It will take additional 1 Hour drive from Haridwar Station.
By Bus – You can take a Bus from ISBT-Kashmiri Gate to Rishikesh Bus Stop and then hire a Tuk Tuk to reach us.
We advise you to visit us 1 Day in Advance of the course starting date. As we offer 1 day – Complimentary Stay. (Only applicable prior to the course commencing).
You are advised to apply for E-Tourist visa only as there is no other visa is applicable to join YTT. And if you are applying for E-Tourist Visa then apply at least 20 Days in advance. - What to pack?
You should bring set of comfortable clothing with all other essentials that you carry with you while traveling. Keep important toiletries with you such as shampoo, soap, brush, paste and etc. Carry warm clothes, raincoat or umbrella.
