The 100 hours of yoga teacher training program is a part course of our 200 hours yoga teacher training course. In this course structure, you will be taught different styles and methods of Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga in 14 days. If you have a tourist visa for minimum time period, the 100 hours training program gives you flexibility to learn yoga in two parts. People can choose to do a course in two half – 1st to 14th and then 15th to 28th later. Once they complete the two parts then they can be called as 200-hour yoga teacher.

One can take admission in 200 hour yoga program and complete in two parts. This 100 hour program is beneficial for foreign tourists who come to India for tour purpose. They can take a 14 day trial for our residential yoga classes and complete the course in next phase. This is flexible and designed to come in your visa period, as well.

100% Vegetarian Food

We serve three time meals a day. Morning starts with a cup of herbal tea, followed by a healthy breakfast like Fruits, Porridge, poha, Chila or sort of noodles. Lunch and dinner includes rice, Chapati, Lentils, and Vegetables, sometime paneer is mixed with vegetables but that can be avoided if you are purely vegan. This is served from Monday to Saturday, on Sundays you can eat outside; we do not serve food on Sunday.

Certification of Course

This yoga teacher training school is certified by Yoga Alliance. We provide a course certification at the end of 200 hours. You can complete the course in two halves – 1st to 14th and then 15th to 28th later. Once you complete the two parts, then you will be a qualified yoga teacher with a 200 hours of course completion certificate in hand.

Payment Policy –

For registration purpose, 25% of the total course fees need to be submitted. Registration for 100 hours yoga teacher training is non-refundable. However, we are flexible with the payment. You can pay all at once. The other 75% should be paid positively on the front desk, at the time you reach the yoga school. We accept all types of credit, debit or online transactions. The school reserves all rights to cancel a registration if you are unable to pay the balance fee upon arrival.

Our Cancellation Policy-

  • Advance deposit is non-refundable; however, it is transferable within a year from the date of enrolment (Condition applied*).
  • You can transfer to any other month course if there is a vacancy. Before 4 weeks, you have to provide a notice for getting you transferred to the next available month.
  • If the cancellation notice is received within 4 weeks (due to any reason), then it will not be accepted, and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
  • It is mandatory to pay the balance fees before starting the course as our school reserve rights refuse your admission if the balance fees are not paid upon arrival.

  • What are the things to carry?

You should pack set of comfortable clothing’s with you. Keep all your essentials that you use to carry while you travel with you, Check whether you have packed your shampoo, soap, toothbrush, paste or other things. Carry a set of flip flop to walk on the sand in your leisure time. Warm clothes, raincoat, umbrella are important to have. Pack torch, alarm clock, books that you wish to read, sunscreen and mosquito repellant cream.

  • If iam foreign traveller, do i need a tourist visa?

You will need a visa to enter India. You can apply for a e-tourist visa online. Fill the application form, submit all details, and send it along the required fee to the visa department of India. This can take upto 10 days. So, apply 20 days before you are planning to reach India.

  • Are there any chances of contamination or illness due to Indian environmental condition? If so, what are vaccines needed?

Yes, you have to take some vaccination against some life-threatening diseases that spreads through air, water, food, mosquitoes and others. The CDC and WHO recommends foreign travelers to get vaccine to Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Typhoid, Cholera, yellow Fever, Meningitis, Polio, Measles, influenza, Chickenpox, Pneumonia, and more. Taking vaccines before coming to India can reduce the effect of many diseases.

  • Do i have an access to internet?

Yes, we have wi-fi facility. But, we suggest students to avoid using it.
